Frank Watson, PresidentWith more than 15 years of experience in the IT field, Frank has held executive-level engineering, sales and business development positions at VAE, SMS and the United States Navy IT Division. His experience in the government sector spans defense and civilian agencies, systems integrators, and commercial enterprises. He began his IT career in the US Navy as a Data Systems Technician, assigned to the pre-commissioning team for the USS John C Stennis CVN-74. Since then, Frank has been involved in a myriad of technology networking groups and research and development teams where he strives to become knowledgeable in evolving technologies.
Prior to forming NDS, he was responsible for providing engineering consulting for many DoD clients in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Throughout the past 15 years, Frank has held multiple project roles ranging from managing multi-million dollar projects to designing, engineering and implementing entire life cycle development solutions. Frank formed Nisga’a Data Systems in 2007 and is responsible for partner alliances, program development and business development in both the government and commercial sector.
Jayne Dangeli, Operations and Finance Jayne was raised in Ketchikan, Alaska until she was 13 years old when she moved to Tacoma, Washington. She graduated from the University of Alaska with her BS degree in Business Administration, and a Certificate in Accounting. She has served as a Program Analyst for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, concomitant with serving as Board Director for Juneau Recovery Hospital in Juneau, Alaska. Jayne also served as President of BIA Employees Association.
She is also a Natural Resource Specialist and a main coordinator of Celebration 2000. Other positions include Museum Researcher and Developer, Regional Community Advisor / and Field Coordinator for Healthy Nations. Jayne is also a recognized Indian Land Management Specialist, Alaska Native Convention Manager and has served as a Crisis Intervention Counselor. She is responsible for NDS’ operations management, accounting and finance.
Donn O’Neill. Advisory Partner & Principal of VantagePoint OneWith 27 years of achievement as an entrepreneur, executive and consultant, Donn has a history of success in exceeding revenue and margin targets. At age 26, he founded an investment group that acquired, developed and divested small businesses. As owner and Managing Partner of O’Neill Anderson Enterprises he acquired, grew and divested five enterprises that are still thriving. Ventures realized returns from 80% to 190% in short time frames. He also served as Director of Sales for Gallo Wine Distributors, where he helped coordinate successful introductions of 29 new products; as a product manager of a newly acquired national brand, he helped to triple market share in only 18 months. As Executive Vice President of Design Capital Financial, he restructured and repositioned the company, increasing annual sales from $25M to $260M in two years.
Donn has also served as CFO for technology start-up companies and has helped numerous firms penetrate US and international markets. He received his B.S., Summa cum Laude in Biopsychology from Tufts University. He has also led numerous symposiums including “Technology and the Future of the Mortgage Industry”, “Marketing for Sustainable Growth” and “Managing for Shareholder Value” at various venture capital and financial forums. Donn serves in an advisory role to Frank Watson on a variety of initiatives essential to NDS’ growth.
